My first salvia experience

so i put a pinch full of the salvia on the bowl of my pipe. and lit expecting not much to happen. nothing happen and then i put another pinch full into the bowl. held it for as long as i could but the pipe down the side of my bed and exhaled.
it then felt like i had sort of like satic feeling inside my head and time slowed but i tell knew i was still in this world i then decied to go to my living room, i got up and my legs felt like jelly my body was completley tilted towards the left as it started to walk, i just started to walk back and forth in my living room, in that werid position. until i sat on my sofa and everything went back to normal.
