I did salvia for the first time today with my boyfriend and his friend. First I watched them do it and got a little freaked out when my boyfriend looked like he became mentally retarded and couldn't speak at all, but I tried it anyways. I remember the first thing that happened was my boyfriend put a video game controller in front of my face as I was exhaling and then took it away and all of a sudden the entire room including myself became a big blur and like folded into a pin wheel and started spinning. I was like spinning around with it and the fold was like moving through my body, when it got to my throat I felt like I couldn't swallow but I had a lot of saliva in my mouth and then all of a sudden I could swallow again because the fold moved back down.

They told me the whole time I was sitting there smiling and laughing and waving my arms and legs around and the only coherent things I said were "Oh I can swallow now" and "Baby this is exactly like you said, I understand now" and "This is f-ing insane." and the rest of it was just mumbling.

I had an awesome time though and now that I know what to expect I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

what you saw was your chakra it is a spinning lotus flower and it moves up and down in all of us in what is called kundalini . if you want to know more of what you saw let me know i can explain as i saw a blue lotus flower spinning and researched it to find some very amazing knowledge about chakras and lotus flowers having to do with existence, enlightenment and much more , get back to me if you want to know more:)
