pretty strong for plain leaf

so i picked a dried leaf off my salvia plant. and i smoked it and didnt expect to feel much, but then i felt like i had two minds. its difficult to describe what it felt like to have two minds. and i remember just thinking "wow...this must be why the shamans use these leaves.." then i went to go lay down on my couch and close my eyes, but right before i did, i caught a glimpse of some sunlight reflecting off the mirror in my bathroom, and when i closed my eyes, the light was still there behind my eyelids but quickly moved upward and spread and dissapeared. then i saw two large shapes forming and moving slightly behind my eyelids.
