Salvia Experience

Last night was my first experience with Salvia. As soon as I exhaled i started shaking violently. I fell off the chair I was on and went onto the floor. My legs wouldn't work and when i tried to speak nonsense words were coming out and I was drooling all over myself. I felt as if I was a piece of the environment. My friends sitting around were living in the world and I was like a piece of the world and not a person. It was if something was pushing me into a small space and that was why I couldn't get up. The only thing I could think the entire time was that I had to get out. I didn't know what there was to get out from but I knew I had to get out. I don't recall seeing anything that was not actually there but I was feeling things that I cant even describe. I was feeling ideas. Thoughts were not just thoughts but they were actual objects. As I started to come back to reality I realized that I was covered in sweat and felt like I was at least a thousand degrees. Salvia was an incredibly experience although very frightening. I'm not sure if ill ever do it again but if I do ill try to be in a more friendly environment to see if I can make the trip less frightening.
