today was the day to exercise. spiritual, soulful, bodily, and all else that is in our secret place.
I started at 10 minutes after waking up. Drink in hand, bong in hand, Salvia apiana - smudge incense (can buy from my site - GreenLight Salvia Extracts) also added in some frankincense and myrrh incense with the smudge.. wow.. so nice.
Hit da "Tiger Tail" blend and sat down. It has a burst of color and a metallic grinding teeth taste at about 2 minutes and you can feel the SalviaDX kickin it good.
A sweat then a pin n needle all over my body everytime and i melt into a huge smile. This is exactly wut is needed to pave a way for energy to be consumed or contained for past or future conciousness realities.
I will continue.. time to answer a long time old friend on chat.
