You sound like someone I'd like to talk to. I'm curious what you were talking about with the "undertow".
I'm also baffled how I read so many "bad trips", yet mine was profoundly amazing... both times! I got to spend very real time with my guardian spirit (look for "time with my guardian", I think is what I titled it).
